At this level, changing jobs needs to give you something meaningful that you don’t already have. This role does.
We’re working with a large international law firm with an established London office and a genuinely international HR remit. It’s a complex, high-quality environment where senior HR has visibility, access to decision-makers and the opportunity to influence across more than one market.
You’ll take on a broad senior HR remit spanning complex employee matters, workforce planning, recruitment, compensation, performance, policy and wider people initiatives. You’ll also be leading and developing members of the HR team.
What makes it interesting is the visibility. You’ll be working closely with senior stakeholders and expected to bring judgement, challenge and commercial thinking – not simply deliver an HR process.
They’re looking for someone with significant HR experience who is comfortable operating in a sophisticated professional environment and who enjoys both the strategic and operational sides of senior HR leadership.
If you’re at the point in your career where you want a broader remit, international exposure and the opportunity to genuinely influence how HR supports the business, this is a role we’d really encourage you to talk to us about.
