Recruitment & Talent Advisor Full Time Permanent

If you love recruitment but don’t want your next role to be purely about filling vacancies, this one is much more interesting.

We’re working with a highly regarded international consultancy with specialist teams across Europe and Asia. It’s an intellectually driven business with a genuinely global outlook, and the Talent team has a strong voice in how the organisation plans for growth.

Yes, you’ll manage lateral recruitment and work closely with hiring managers, but there’s also a substantial piece around workforce planning, headcount forecasting and recruitment analytics.

You’ll be looking at where the business is growing, what talent it’s likely to need and what the data is telling you – then helping turn that into a recruitment plan.

That makes this a particularly good move for someone who wants to broaden from traditional Talent Acquisition into something more commercial and strategic.

You’ll need professional services recruitment experience, confidence with stakeholders and a genuine interest in data and workforce planning.

If you’ve been wondering what comes after a traditional Recruitment Advisor role, this could be exactly that next step.
